Juan Napoles, MS

Immediately prior to joining the UVM Center on Rural Addiction team, Juan conducted research and analysis on education and criminal justice issues for the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury. Juan holds a Master of Science in Economics and Policy Analysis from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois.
