Robert Althoff, MD, PhD

Dr. Althoff is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Pediatrics, and Psychological Science. With a background in cognitive neuroscience and behavioral genetics, Dr. Althoff studies emotion regulation and suicide risk prediction. He is the Interim Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at the UVM Health Network. He is also the Associate Editor for JAACAP, the world’s premier journal for child and adolescent psychiatry.
