What We Do

  • Identify substance use disorder (SUD) treatment needs and barriers in rural communities
  • Gather insights from rural providers, patients, families, and community partners through quantitative and qualitative data collection
  • Evaluate and inform UVM CORA’s technical assistance and outreach efforts for rural areas
  • Disseminate findings to rural healthcare practitioners, community partners and others interested in rural SUD treatment via data reports and scientific publications
